TERMS OF SALE

The Terms of Sale are part of Platinum Mobile Detailing’s Terms of Use and are additional terms by which all Users or guests abide when using the Service. When you book online or via phone with Platinum Mobile Detailing, you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you are bound under the terms and conditions herein.

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bookings are charged upon completion of the service requested. Platinum Mobile Detailing accepts cash, debit and credit card. Any Card Declined will lead Platinum Mobile Detailing to ask the customer to find a solution for the payment of the service provided. Platinum Mobile Detailing will start a collection process 48 hours after getting the customer’s credit card refused. The customer is responsible for any reasonable debt collection if they fail to pay after the service is provided.

LATE CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

You may reschedule or cancel any appointment at any time. However, we do ask that you provide at least a 24 hour notice. All our services are by appointment only and we reserve a time just for you.

SATISFACTION POLICY

If there is probable and clear cause that the service technician did not fulfill the package as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will at our cost redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service free of charge. Any claims must be filed within 24 hours of the completion of the service by phone (505-307-8955), email (abqplatinumdetail@gmail.com), or text message (505-307-8955). Pictures of the area must be texted or emailed within 24 hours of the claim being made.

APPOINTMENT TIME

Due to traffic or exceptional circumstances, our technician might arrive late. Please allow a 30-90 minute arrival window for jobs booked online or by phone. Platinum Mobile Detailing shall do its best to let you know about any delay of delivery.

TERMS OF SMS MESSAGING

When opted-in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These kinds of messages may include offers, coupons, or other information .You can opt-out of this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number. After you text “STOP” to us, we may send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
